In this hour long guided meditation session, we’ll practice mindfulness by placing our attention on several objects of consciousness. We start with feelings and mood, shift to sounds, and complete with placing our awareness on the breath. Through the 60-minute session, you’ll be prompted to help you from getting lost in thought and return your attention back to the practice.
