This guided body scan meditation includes no music and is voice only. In 20 minutes, you'll go through a 6-point bodyscan practice, shifting your attention down and back up the body. Body scan meditations can help relax you, but also improve your focus. A body scan meditation practice is simple. We'll start out by taking a few deep breaths, in through the nose and out through the mouth. Then, once we're settled, we'll place our attention on 6 different physical points on the body, and shift our attention between them when we're prompted. We leave our attention on each point for a few moments, noticing what physical sensations we notice. Whether it's contact, warmth, tingling, or the skin touching the clothes. Notice what you notice and bring your attention back to the body scan when it wanders.
