This guided mindfulness meditation practice will help with your concentration in 20 minutes. We’ll use different areas and objects of consciousness to concentrate on, and you’ll be prompted to bring your attention back to the object of concentration. This mindfulness session is voice only and contains no music, allowing you to develop your concentration muscle without any distractions. We’ll start the practice by setting a benchmark for our concentration. Then, we’ll shift our attention to our weight and breath. We’ll use “noting” to label distractions without allowing our minds to get lost in them. And then finally, we’ll check in with our level of concentration and compare it to the baseline we set up in the beginning of the guided meditation practice.
