Get away from the chaos and noise in life in this guided meditation practice for inner peace and relaxation. Using visualization and mindfulness, we’ll work through a simple body scan to release tension from parts around the body. Then we’ll place our attention on the physical points of contact, breath, and physical sensations to evoke feelings of peace and calm.
