Release and let go of suppressed and difficult emotions in this 20 minute guided meditation that uses mindfulness to relax any emotions you’ve been holding on to. We start by bringing our awareness to our current emotional state and watch it without attaching any thoughts and stories to it. We then practice mindfulness to bring our attention to our physical points of contact and breath. This guided meditation is voice only and contains no music.
