You don’t need to be seated to practice mindful meditation. Try this simple ten minute guided mindful walking meditation in nature. Go to the park or walk around the block and get some fresh air while you practice mindfulness meditation. Mindful walking is simple. In this practice you’ll use your awareness to notice the muscles in your legs as you walk, the contact your feet make against the floor, the sounds of bird and the outdoors, and the temperature outside. This practice contains no music and uses a male voice to guide and prompt you throughout the session.
